At Primary Staffing, we have the natural determination to continuously grow and evolve in our way of working, as in our processes and infrastructure. Since our humble beginnings in a basement office, it has been a continuous learning experience and a hard working path.

During this last expansion process, Primary Staffing has successfully achieved continuous placements for over 20,000 employees and conducted more than 100,000 interviews with candidates, developing strategies that are completely committed to our clients and commercial partners to help them grow and succeed in their business.

With over twenty years of experience in management, Ms. Laura Diaz is a recognized and respected staffing industry leader.

Prior to starting Primary Staffing Inc., Ms. Diaz spent ten years as a key executive with West Staff, helping to build the company into a market-leading staffing agency. While serving as Vice President at West Staff, Ms. Diaz built extensive executive-level relationships with companies from different industries.

Before joining West Staff, Ms. Diaz spent five years with Walgreens, managing several stores in the Chicagoland area.

Ms. Diaz is an active member of numerous industry associations including SHRM, ASA, and SIA.

As a principal and co-founder of Primary Staffing Inc., Mr. Jose Cerda specializes in entrepreneurial real estate. Since the company’s inception, Mr. Cerda has managed Primary Staffing’s real estate development, property management, construction, and event planning needs.

Prior to starting Primary Staffing Inc., Mr. Cerda spent several years working for The City of Chicago. During this time, he held several operating positions and developed a strong network of business relationships essential to the city’s growth.

Mr. Dan Diaz joined Primary Staffing Inc. in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for strategic and operational leadership in the areas of client services, customer service, and human resources. Since joining the company, Mr. Diaz has focused on driving innovation, increasing efficiency, and helping Primary Staffing Inc. deliver even higher levels of customer service.

Prior to joining Primary Staffing Inc., Mr. Diaz spent 12 years at Caremark Rx (now known as CVS/Caremark), where he held several key leadership positions within the organization.

Before joining Caremark, Mr. Diaz was a Pharmacy Technician in retail, hospital, oncology, and mail-order pharmacies.
