He’s built himself a real career as a CNC machine operator
Mike had been drifting from one minimum wage job to another with no real skills to speak of. His advantage was his willingness to show up on time every day, work hard and do what was asked of him. Mike tried several short-term assembly jobs with Primary.
He noticed that there seemed to be a shortage of CNC operators. He talked to his recruiter who advised him to get his CNC certification. Upon completion, he landed a lucrative fulltime CNC position with an employer who already knew his work ethic and was happy to give him a shot. Mike’s future is nothing but bright now!
