The primary function of this job will be to audit and inspect in-coming, in-process, & finished goods in the assembly process. Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures as well as assisting in communicating policies and procedures and customer requirements to Alliance employees. Additionally, the Quality Auditor may be required it assist and/or conduct GMP training.

Responsibilities

• Audit and inspect in coming materials for the assembly process.
• Audit and inspect production during/following the assembly process.
• Review, verify, & approve production paperwork for release of shipments.
• Record data for internal analysis of finished goods.
• Follow requirements of GMP.
• Must work in a safe manner.
• Customer correspondence.
• Overtime as & when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED minimum.
• Knowlegde of quality systems, computer literate in multiple spreadsheet applications, experience in contract packing requirements and work processes. Ability to distinguish colors.

Conditions

Ability to endure extensive walking, along with hot & cold conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs when required.
